Given what happened last season, the decision to stick with Ten Haag didn’t make this seasons events inevitable. But made it reasonably likely.

Agreed. The Glazers are clearly the root cause of the current mess but the decision to stick with ETH made things so much worse. Ridiculous that fans are now literally paying the price for that.
