Pick up or make your favorite food, take a nice hot shower, throw on a good show, and even take some/get some Zzzquil before bed so you can get a good night’s rest
Hang in there. Rather than going outside (way too cold right now), mentally go to the beach or your favorite warm spot. Or cuddle a cat. Hopefully, tomorrow will be better.
Go for a walk. I know it’s cold as hell out there but do it. If you have a gym membership then walk on the treadmill. Put on some headphones, favorite music, podcast, or book. Just nothing Browns related that’s not good for anyone’s mental health. 😂

Learn them if you don't. A ridiculous distraction & mood cleanse, works every time for me. Repeat as needed
