I made this last night with the @ranchogordo.bsky.social Christmas Lima Beans. My wife said, “next time double the sauce.” The cheese also formed more of a crust than I would have liked. Do you use fresh mozz or the shreddable type?

I use low moisture whole milk mozzarella that I grate myself — it’s the same one I use in all my pizza recipes because it gives the best melt!
