Great album but not his last one. The 90s output is phenomenal and stands up well against Scary Monsters. 1:Outside, Heathen and Blackstar are all superior to Scary Monsters in my humble opinion.

Blackstar is up there for sure. I really like Buddha of Suburbia as well. The great thing about music opinion is that we're all correct.

He had flashes of brilliance afterwards (Outside, in particular) but this was definitely the last in that long run of peerless Bowie LPs. He ruled the '70s though.
