It is definitely a blueprint but they still had to write the EO’s and update all the agencies’ policies, too. My reading of P2025 is it had objectives for everything but not the actual syntax. It’s crazy what they’ve already done & it’s supposed to be a 180 day plan. 😐

They're following it to a T. I also read it a number of times & every EO is completely in sync. But they have so many working behind the scenes & all branches lined up. So they had everything well set up to execute. They just needed the mouthpiece in the WH & think by April the coup will be sealed.

I have it on my laptop and phone. It’s literally kept open just to search things that I’m seeing. Musk is going beyond some of the objectives, specifically USAID. There’s a lot on USAID in P2025 but nothing that says to outright shut it down, unless I missed it.
