I can't quite prove that it's what happened, but there were a number of bands I was in talked with who wound up backing out as soon as the topic of prices came up, and then 6 months later they would release an A/I video

The video is fantastic, I loved every second of it. And fuck these other bands. Real handmade animation has charme that's just not there when it's AI generated, AI art is completely soulless.
