Been saying loudly for weeks - Canada doesn't police the US border and is not responsible for screening entry to a foreign country. US CBP does that. What authority does Canada have to restrict entry to the USA? None. The whole accusation is beyond ridiculous.

I came back from a day visit to Mexico in 1984 & was asked by U.S. border people where I was born. I was taken aback & hesitated just long enough for the U.S. to strip down my car when I said "Japan." I was darker & so they racial profiled me, a U.S. citizen. But they don't question white Americans.

When I was searched at the U.S. border returning from Nuevo Laredo in the 80's, it included my car being torn apart, panels removed, etc. All bc when they asked me where I was born, I said "Japan" & other than my DL, no proof of citzenship on me. I was BORN an American citizen on an airbase.

Good question. I read an article a long time ago that suggested that if the flow of drugs were stopped, and all the organizations associated with stopping them were shut down, that it would cause a significant blow to the economy. But that's all I've ever found on the subject.

The majority of fentanyl that’s coming into the country from Mexico comes in via commercial trucks crossing the border, and ships at ports. Migrants don’t enter into the fentanyl equation to any degree of consequence. That’s all propaganda used to rationalize their inhumane behavior.

Yep, and via private citizens (in additional to commercial trucks, etc.) It's not the migrants at all. This is just their Nazi way of othering undocumented immigrants as scapegoats for what U.S. citizens are doing.

Yep. And I think someone should investigate who in the U.S. is profiting from the fentanyl bring brought in from Mexico by Americans. Why aren't we using drug sniffing dogs on them at least?

The caravan thing is a distraction from who the real criminals are.
