NZXT has some solid medium and big cases with all the bells and whistles in a very sleek design.

Can confirm they fit bigass graphics cards, I have the H7 Flow

Motherboards super depends on what CPU you have, ram, etc. There's not really any best/worst ones, I'd just suggest going name brand (Gigabyte, MSI, Asus)

The case will fit basically any major motherboard you find tho
