Spent all week volunteering as I do often) at work while extremely understaffed with ppl yelling at me. Got my yearly review. "Needs Improvement". Never called in, incredibly careful with both patients safety and privacy, unfailingly pleasant at the checkout. But apparently I "need improvement" 🤬
