I knew something would happen eventually. OP has consistently gained enough votes to create Lego ideas sets, yet nothing happens. Infact OP's been removed as an option at all.
An since Lego exist in universe, it means the Lego ideas rejection is most likely cause OP/Lego sets are in development.

It doesn't change anything for me I guess, I will still buy all the sets that are coming out in August (Happy Birthday, indeed!!).
It's also really cool that Oda has wanted this for a while too. I'm so happy for him.
