Trump is horrendous but Biden dropped the ball on H5N1. He pretended Covid was over. Worse Biden didn't do ring vaccination for H5N1, he didn't invest funds in testing, & he didn't mandate disposal of dead animals. No public health campaign, no #CleanAir mandate or masks. Trump won't pick it up.
