The idea was for Ghostfreak to have a second form after being rescanned by the omnitrix, this time with more locks in place to prevent escapes.

I gave more space in the story to some villains that I really liked but didn't have much spotlight in the original show, such as Rojo. Charmcaster's story would've been explored more too, and she would eventually become an anti-hero/ally/romance
