No, it seemed common sense to me that callous disregard for civilian life would be a war crime. But before I labeled it that way here I literally read the Geneva convention. It's not long, and this issue is spelled out very clearly.
So you bothered to look it up and read it, but not include the link? If you are using your children as shields while you shoot at my children all of you are dead. That seems like the clear choice to me. Who gives a crap about the Geneva Convention? We are allied with Russia now anyway.
