Every time I make a chilli I go through 3 days of ‘oh my god, chilli is the best food ever, I should make this more often’ then promptly forget about it for another several months. But anyway, how fucking great is homemade chilli!

It’s a no brainer if done right. And if you don’t already do it, I highly recommend adding in maybe 50g-100g of dark chocolate (80-90% cocoa). With the 1-2 glasses of red wine (depending on batch size). Just adds to the richness and depth in flavour 😋
