I saw someone break down DEI to the opposite; Diversity - opposite is uniformity; Equity - opposite is bias,discrimination, and injustice; Inclusion - opposite is exclusion So when you say you are against DEI then you are for uniformity, discrimination and exclusion. Hope that helps
