Each one of these points represents a major vector of civil, regulatory, and federal erosion that the dems would (and currently) do nothing to combat. I don't want to hear that things would be different, it'd only be a longer twilight.

If it was Kamala:
- The Supreme Court would still rule as they would.
- Congressional gridlock. In the event of a slim majority, Dems demure on codifying, citing political capital. A Sinema/Manchin type is bought to maintain malaise.
