Little spoiler: it's Scruple from the Smurfs series. Probably only I and other few people know him xD It's a very old story, and even I don't remember exactly why, but I'm sure it all started with him, at least as far as part of his design is concerned 😆
Oh wow, that's niche! I wouldn't have guessed that for sure! I watched the Smurfs quite a lot as a kiddo, but I have zero recollection of that character, haha. He's a good inspiration, though. I always rooted for the villains in that show :D
