I just had a conversation with an Actual Psychiatrist about 😈🪃; he's pretty sure that the sudden 180 & backstab on Ukraine happened because he has dementia & thought Russians he was talking to were his own advisors.
He then made public statements based on that, and we all know he never backtracks...
