*I will say my kind of meal prepping, that works, is making a meal (and I was used to making food and leftovers for 3) and freezing what I knew I wouldn't eat before the food went bad.
This time is cooking all the things in 1/2 days.

What works for me is making the meal when I am in the mood to chop, prep, etc. Put aside any leftovers I know I can't or won't eat before the food goes bad.
I simply don't have the stamina to plan a week of meals, cook them, and then portion and freeze.
