For marine concerns (and surge and forecast path on hurricanes) I use CERA. I thought this was government but there's a "support us" button at top, so this is an excellent hurricane resource!

Interesting that this gov site also came up on the CERA search. I've never seen this page come up before.. warning people not to use CERA. Pfft. It's been a great resource for me in conjunction with NOAA for storms. It nailed Milton's landfall in advance.

Thank you! Wonder what happened to the wonderful NOAA station in Newport, OR? Seems like the felon had tried to shut it down last time. Have moved from Oregon now, unfortunately, but it was very reassuring having both the Coast Guard station and NOAA right there.
