I think it's a too common western rancher mindset.

Though the most infamous examples are the Bundy's and their NV/OR standoff. I'm in Utah, where they were supported by some Sheriff's in m, a town here named a street after LaVoy Finicum, and Ammon Bundy's cousin is one of our congresspersons.

Well-at least this clusterfck of an administration is bringing to everyone’s attention the ongoing issues with the greedy private cattle industry-if it isn’t enriching someone they won’t back it, that is a clear tell; the bison program has been fighting against this greedy industry for generations
