My New Years Resolution of beating the 3D Zeldas is going well. So far I've beaten Ocarina of Time, Windwaker & Breath of the Wild. I'm 2 hours into Twilight Princess. I've played some of Link's Awakening HD, Majora's Mask, Tears of the Kingdom, and Skyward Sword as well but never finished them. - ThreadSky

If you had to wait for Twilight Princess at that time in 2005/2006. Trust me I was extremely hyped for that game. That and KH2 caming in 06 was amazing.

Twilight Princess is really good so far. Lucky for me, I fell off from Nintendo for a while. Basically the NES was my first console. I got a Genesis instead of a SNES. I ended up with an N64 but mained on PS1. Then while I had a GC and Wii kinda ignored them for the most part.

My gf at the time gave me her GC when she was done with it. And I got a Wii to play a few games with my kids in like 2012 but again kinda ignored it. I got back into Nintendo in 2021ish after playing BOTW and am now going back and getting into these games I missed the first go around.

I had a GC back in 04 reason was Paper Mario The Thousand Year door, that and Mario Kart Double Dash as a bundle.
I got the Wind Waker back in june 05, got into it heavy, me and my little bro played a lot.

Twilight Princess being revealed in E3 04/05 and the way they explained how many dungeons that games is going to have, bosses, ect. I was excited. That game is easily amazing. But I wanted it more of that game lol. Now I can appreciate it the older I got.

I guess technically Link’s Awakening can be called 3D, but it’s really more like a nicely polished 2D in my eyes :). Very fun game - that isn’t a knock on it - just that it’s like a fancy Gameboy game :)
