P99 yes, some years ago though. But do you mean there's a VG one as well?
I know some part of the community regrouped on a forum after the game was closed but I have to admit I didn't follow up on that....

There is a vanguard emulator in the alpha phase but unfortunately moving very slow. Still fun to play though!
