Servers really don’t care. The majority of their customers are a’holes and they dont get hung up on just one or two of those. Makes for good convo & jokes at the end of the night.
But when they march in the kitchen and insult the cooks, they take their life (and intestines) in their own hands. :-))

Come to think of it, they only ever comment on the sweetheart big tippers ;) i just wanna die when someone in my party at my table does the elite bullshit thing though

I loved the way my dad treated wait staff. He wanted to know their names. He would say stupid dad jokes. Ask for their recommendations. Mispronounce things to make them laugh even if it was silly. I miss him. He was good people.

I have had similar experiences with people owning companies that I negotiate with and their actions 90 pct of the time LOST BUSINESS for them or LOST a POTENTIAL business opportunity. Culture and how you treat people is very big at where I work.
