The archivist is just a cleric. They have no power either way. "Publication" of the amendment is not a requirement in Article V of the Constitution for ratification.

Sometimes, using flame-throwing terms doesn't get all members of the audience to self-reflect. The goal is to get the audience to ask themselves the question "do I think my gender is superior to their gender?" Rather than "do I hate my wife, daughter & mother?" That's too easy to answer "no."
