I agree. It has more to do with Putin.

Putin is furious with Canada because of our support of Ukraine. I think he put Trump up to it to hurt Canada as a result.

Plus Trump also knows Canadians have never liked him. He see’s this on social media.

So Trump has no problem inflicting harm on Canada.
