I have random ladies following me too. These were different. I’d get an alert that I had a new follower but when I checked my notifications they didn’t show up. I got a dozen or 2 the last few days. They seemed to have stopped for now

That's the context menu for the 3 dots next to Subscribe. If that shows up when you hit subscribe then there's a visual offset for some reason and you should try clicking more to the left of the subscribe button.

Just tested, yes you can access it on your phone. I think you’re clicking the wrong thing? Try clicking ‘subscribe’ and that should bring up the mute/block dialogue
