Basically my job is really cracking down on phone usage, and it's frankly stupid and tedious. We end up doing absolutely nothing for large swaths of the day.

So I told my coworkers if any of them get fired I'm walking out and quitting with them. And then my coworkers said they would do the same for me.

I know "phone usage" seems like a stupid reason, but honestly? Who cares. If it gets collective action that's what matters.
