AI controlled Nuke Reactors, with deregulated AI
to be cost effective, but if they were they would probably need a different regulatory framework. I suspect as you imply he's being led down an expensive end, presumably by the smell of some lobbying bucks.
Build them in Rwanda.
Aside from the logistical distribution difficulties, I'd suggest Rwanda would deliver a swift "fuck aff" to the proposal.
All of which proves...
Nuclear reactors are in fact more dangerous, and less desirable, than immigrants.
