That's part of how we bring folks in. A lot of them just thought it was a cool tag and started using it. We let em know about the event and a lot of them join us.

@knottyknights.bsky.social: These prompts are solid every week (haven’t done any yet but they seem better than others I’ve done). Not daily, so low key. Broad, inspiring single words. Start with abstract art to lessen pressure? Just feeeeeel it. Def try art again! Crochet is great, but strict.

I've tried a couple of times and managed to get some enjoyment but I never seem to keep it up! I did an 'inchie challenge' with Amy Maricle on Instagram a couple of years ago which was amazing and got me doing it for a while (using 2x2 inch squares of paper and a word prompt each day for 2 weeks)

Oh yeah I never ever keep up with prompt challenges! You could apply the 2”x2” rule to any prompt guide you do! Box yourself in, in several ways. That helps me when getting started after a hiatus. Maybe if you stop for a bit then just skip the prompts you missed and pick up again whenever you can!

We're not too strict about it. It's been Saturday in Australia for quite a while now and won't stop being Sat in the Pacific for a long while too. Mostly we just want people to have all the info about us. We don't gatekeep.
