This will be devastating for ID: although more than 60% of voters approved this initiative, #idleg have tried to disable it since. Counties will accrue huge bills for indigent care & have to beg the state for funds. It’s a tragic circle THAT WE VOTED TO FIX IN 2018! this will cost us so much more!
And though testimony was 25 to 1 against the repeal, committee just passed it through anyway.
