Schwab's one of my contemporary faves, and I haven't read any Harrow yet but have a couple of hers on my TBR. I think NK Jemisin, Tasha Suri, and Fonda Lee (primarily her Green Bone saga) are good comps there.

Also, Harrow only has a few novels and has said she plans to stick to novellas in the future, but all her novels are bangers — highly recommend. Starling House was incredible.
