Has anyone else had a bad experience with #Crocs Customer Service? Because I’m having the WORST time explaining in an email, how UPS is literally telling me they have NO DELIVERY INFO for my package that was going to be delivered FEB. 21ST.

It was originally suppose to be delivered February 24th, which is why I gave it extra time before I started emailing them, and I got told THIS. So I literally broke down how that means my package would have arrived either the 25th or the 27th (if you counted weekends) and nope. Nothing.
