Very possibly—because she was attainted of treason and lower class she was executed at Tyburn rather than at the stake as was the norm for women.

No other women were. Sometimes their bodies were displayed for a short time and certainly female bodies were publicly dissected but no other female heads were on spikes in England nor indeed put in gibbet cages after execution.
