My two cents: you'll want to leave men alone in the coming months. Generally speaking, we're used to being ignored & misunderstood, but not used to feeling targeted at our most isolated. I don't want men doubling down on anything except transformation. Let us fall/'look down' in peace. Ty🙏
We (all collectively) are in a bit of a situation these days, and despite my efforts to carve my own place, I find myself algorithmically sorted by commercial social media sites into a certain cohort of men. They do not have the skills or means to cultivate healthy attention for themselves.
So, from my vantage point, what may have been common engagement styles of the past few years are really stinging a lot more these days. Like, in a macro sense, they voted for Trump/change but their lives are still the same. Being online following the same patterns locks them in. They need...
to turn their gaze, attention, and focus to their direct sphere of influence. They need to stop seeking to understand the world online and invest their energy in building their IRL world that sits in front of their physical 👀 eyeballs.
So my suggestions, if any, would be:
1) Ignore them.
2) Call them to "repentance" 🤣. They need Jesus or they need to write themselves out of their own story or they need to touch grass/dirt/natural water sources.
3) Invite other men to sit with them so they might co-regulate back to reality
