Recall how long to wait for a government service to answer a phone. Jumping through hoops to get a response to anything. The millions of dollars paid out to contracted services, instead of public servants, to photocopy a letter. Grrrr

Their agenda is to deliberately cut frontline services (while lying about it) so they can run the service down, thereby providing an excuse to privatise it, sell it off to their mates under the guise of improving “efficiency.”
