I was so honored to speak to a Ukrainian from Crimea today and we spent a lot of time talking about what is happening in occupied Crimea and the Yellow Ribbon project. Crimea is Ukraine and I will always fight for the Crimean people to have their lands returned and restored. 💪🏼🇺🇦🇺🇸

The liberation of Crimea means ending the war and bringing peace to Europe, but it also means saving the indigenous people of Crimea, the Crimean Tatars, who are being persecuted and assimilated by ruzzia. If Crimea isn’t liberated, they’ll erase us as a nation.
