Sorry to hear. Can't imagine values dropping there. We found a great place in our budget in a mobile home park out by Natural Bridges. But then then they told me the park fee was $3000/month! We bought a beachfront condo in Mx for less than the mobile home, not to speak of the park fee. - ThreadSky

We have lived abroad most of our lives, 10 yrs Europe, 10 Asia, Canada, Mexico, etc. We love it and would be in Mx still if we could, but have family who needs us in Canada right now. Great expat communities. We had so many friends there, but still none at all after 1.5 yrs in Canada. Just different

People got weird everywhere. And the arguing online has become ridiculous and a big waste of time..the haves vs the have nots gets blatantly obvious while sitting in traffic..in reality or online, times are tense as housing is a bigger concern..

Yes I looked at a studio sitting in the middle of mobile homes. Cute inside but $389k and NO LAND comes with it.

Oh I love those places. To be fair, they are luxury mobile homes (especially due to that location!). Unfortunately it’s just as my dad said in the 70’s: buy land. Then he gave my money to the wrong person and 50 yrs later…May not make it before ai turns everything into an illusion

Yes, they were nice, but the monthly fee was way beyond our ability. Oh well, we have loads of memories from there and occasionally get to drive through and visit. Hope it survives the building Upwards.
