That was me for gen 5 and 6. I fell off after platinum and managed to get a 3ds in time for moon. Never got to play hg or ss, and none of the gen 5 or 6 games. I legitimately thought musharna was a fakemon until I saw it in game.

Gen V is super worth a play through if you like to revisit that era. The *vibes* changed with gen six and the shift to 3D. It can be fun, but the fully animated pixel art and the entirely new dex of Black and White gives those games such character.
