I assume so. Won’t hurt to try. Next time I want to add grilled shrimp to give for protein. The dish is so light that anything else may throw off the balance.

Just ordered from Stew Leonard: no chard, so broccoli rabe, and penne instead of spaghetti. And I have that Le Creuset pan in lavender, in a one-person size!
