Bad, because you would need 3 cards and wait 4 turns to do damage. Palkia does the same amount of damage for with one one in the same amount of time with a bonus effect, just losing the most energy in the process. With Misty, the damage comes faster with only some inconsistentcy.

That's the trade off, time vs consistency. It'll have it's place in battles depite weird pick rate. And it's shiny so it'll have the appeal factor lol

It's a noob trap. It's competing with GA Charizard ex with it's ability one shot just about anything for deck space and infernape's ability to consistently deal damage deal, when they would like to run both.
