But mostly, bigger companies have cleaner facilities with epidemic mitigation measures...
When one of our farms is hit, the pain is distributed evenly, on accounts of surplus capacity we maintain, and so the price doesnt just shoot up...
Expect more of this as the impact of tariffs sets in. Surely prices will naturally reflect the impact of higher import fees, but also, surely, price gouging.
