With the fleshlights some seem to have inherited traits from before like hair shape and primary colours whereas others aside from an accent colour and some change in equipment are more uniform in design. Why is that? Are some born or spawned fleshlights instead of being transformed from someone?

If so does that mean that fleshlights can make more fleshlights without converting people or is it only the queen that can spawn them?
Alternatively (and more boringly IMO) do people fleshlights eventually change into the more typical fleshlight appearance the more time they spend as fleshlights?

- Fleshlights cannot be spawned from nowhere. Every Fleshlight is an assimilated being.
- Depending of the person (either for strong will or other factors like magic) they keep some features from their original self.
