Your optimism is a breath of fresh air, Bel. And so is your khachapuri. I still have my apartment in Dock Town. But I'll use the office in the Lighthouse when I need a bit of peace and quiet to get my thoughts in order. Minrathous isn't exactly a quiet place to think.
