I think it's great, although I'm waiting to join in until we can colonise outside the Bubble. Many stations in the Colonia region have disabled colonisation contacts, and I think it's only a matter of time before it's available everywhere.
I'd like to colonise the far reaches of the galaxy though.

I also agree, there could be a video guide dished out that explains how all the construction points work and where best to place certain bases. Fingers crossed someone in the community will have a guide soon ehh.

I don't personally like hauling very much, but I think it's absolutely right in this case. Making your own station shouldn't be a trivial thing, it should be a sizeable commitment - which I think it is. 👍

Totally agree. It's been years since I've been this engaged with a new sandbox feature. Enjoyed working with friends to help build each others stations and being able to name them and hand place planet bases (as well as the unexpectedly huge variety to choose from) has far exceeded my expectations.
