I understand their need to reduce the wage bill, and I mentioned in my look at their accounts that the £6m reduction in the summer was good.

But to not even get a couple of million for 5 sellable assets is wild in my opinion

The full value of the sales would be in the accounts if they fell within that financial year. That would be reflected on the balance sheet as some combination of an increase in cash and/or in increase in debtors (receivables).
