so turn off autoplay. you are not required to watch a video. coming into someone’s replies and pushing these moralizations is so tired. have your limits, that’s called a Personal Line. it’s not a point for debate or for you to score superiority

Look I don't want to argue here, but it's bad how people are like dunking on this person for the incredibly reasonable request of not having a video of a murder on her timeline without warning! I hope most here would agree content warnings have value, and video of murder is obviously something (1/2)
that could have a harmful effect on a viewer. "Just turn autoplay off" is a, frankly, lazy response to that akin to arguments used for any kind of harmful stuff online, "just don't watch/play/interact with it etc." She (and I) don't even think he deserved better, but want a warning before seeing it.
