Planes are fucked, but there are other ways to use a passport (Canada, boats). The initiative is indeed called "Freedom to Fly", but you could take that to reference the broader trans metaphor of being a butterfly.

Okay, when I typed "(Canada, boats)", I just meant that going to Canada does not require a plane because you can drive there. This also is true for Mexico, but I do not hear people talking about fleeing to Mexico, perhaps because of how much of the ICE politics is focused around that border.
