idk if it’s a real thing but apparently the opposite of ‘trigger’ is ‘glimmer.’ so if you experience a jolt of happiness over something small, it means you got “glimmered.” 🥹 so i hope by gleefreshing, you come across a lot of glimmers!

It's a real thing 😊 I use glimmers in my therapy practice alot, you can actually harness a glimmer and use it to meditate or focus on to increase positive feelings and sensations.
