Amazon sucks!

Started 30 day trial of Prime in December. Cancelled on last day. Card got charged after cancellation. Customer service said I’d be refunded. No refund came, but got second charge this month. Spent 30 mins. with agent, then supervisor. Was promised two refunds. We’ll see!
